Melody isn't just another pretty face. She's an internet chart-topping singer & songwriter; a former back-up dancer and was briefly a model. She's an award-winning poet & creative writer, doing PR and songwriting for other recording artists and Record companies including Boston’s  Lawtown Music and Funusual World Music. And in addition to also having professionally pursued acting she is marketing her own product line, featuring clothing and other items with her original artwork and design imprints. She is also-surprisingly perhaps, a professional puppeteer, operating "Puppet Junction" in Oklahoma. She has been hailed for her uncommon versatility-named on producer-director Richard M. Dixon's list of the Top 100 entertainment acts of all time, and is mentioned in his upcoming Hollywood How-to book--"The Talent Factor". She has been above all else, a survivor-having triumphed over illness and personal tragedy.

Although vocally she is most often compared to Madonna, The Bangles and Cyndi Lauper, her music stands alone as an original mix of Pop, Dance and Country. The "kid" from Long Island has come of age. She tackles the most personal material with courage and conviction.

After a number of years on hiatus, she returns to music with an exciting new album in the works, a new memoir and a new outlook on life! She first made her mark in New York in the early 1990's and is once again proving herself a creative force to be reckoned with.
